
Returns
Autonomyonline will only accept returns if the goods you have received are faulty. In the event that this does occur, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of you receiving the parcel. An exchange will depend on stock availability. If the stock is no longer available we will be happy to issue you a credit to the same value with Autonomyonline.
Returns will not be accepted if you have not followed the care label instructions correctly.
Choose wisely as Autonomyonline will not accept returns if they are simply a change of mind.
Please remember to provide your receipt as proof of purchase. It is highly recommended you provide us with your contact details (Order #, Billing Name, Phone, Postal Address) in the event we need to contact you.
Please let us know you are returning your item/s, noting the problem and if you would like an exchange or refund. info@autonomyonline.com.au. Once you have emailed us your return enquiry, we can then get back to you with a Return’s Authorisation number (RA) and a return delivery address for the goods. Please note that returned goods
will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
We cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns. To ensure your item arrives safely back to Autonomyonline, please express post or send your item/s via registered post. Please be sure to keep a copy of the tracking number, as we will not be held liable for items lost in the post.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part. A copy of the recipt for this postage must be included with the returned goods, so that we can refund the correct freight cost.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at info@autonomyonline.com.au within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number (RA) and instructions on returning the garment. Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn
and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. If the item is no longer in stock, we will be happy to issue the customer with a credit with Autonomyonline. Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange.
NO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT DELIVER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS AS ALL PARCELS ARE DELIVERED USING TRACK AND TRACE FOR SECURITY AND THEREFORE NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE RECEIVER.
